The lack of constant staff presence is quite inconvenient!!! It would be better if the security box instructions were clearer, as fumbling with that adds unnecessary stress during a stay!!!

Our room was beautiful and new-fashioned with very comfortable beds, just what we needed. Truly enjoyed easy check-in and flexible check-out. Got concierge service for free, didn't expect that.

The location of the hotel was excellent, in a great area. The triple room we stayed in were new-fashioned.

The Superior Triple Room was clean and well-decorated. Despite this, the overall experience was enjoyable, and the location allowed us to immerse ourselves in the vibrant street life of the area.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and cable channels, a mini-fridge-bar and coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Amazing building in the heart of Florence.

The staff were accommodating, especially Malvina, who helped arrange a taxi for my early morning departure without any hassle.

The bedroom door wasn't very secure, a bit concerning despite feeling safe overall in the apartment.

The stairways felt never-ending after a long day of walking in the city. We could have better enjoyed our time if the complimentary items, like tea supplies, had included milk, which would have been a nice touch.

We really enjoyed our stay with a clean and spacious room, and it was a nice touch to find water in the fridge. The relaxing full body massage and foot massage were just what we needed after exploring the city. The only small issue was that the bedroom door wasn’t very secure, but we still felt safe overall. 😊

I stayed in the Standard Double Room for 1 night. It was spacious and super clean, way better than the photos! The bed was so comfy, and the air conditioning was perfect. Right next to the Accademia Gallery and the train station, made exploring easy. Plus, Stefano was there to help with anything I needed, awesome!

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, offering a fine ceiling art feature that added to the ambiance. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, with the Duomo only a short walk away. The staff were really good, particularly Malvina, who graciously assisted with my taxi arrangements for an early morning flight. I also enjoyed having a beautiful garden view right from my window, which enhanced my overall experience.

The taxi arrangement system could be improved, as it caused slight confusion prior to my departure.
